I am revising an older review, I've re-visited here since new owners took over, the food is lovely, the staff are friendly, they really made my daughter feel welcome and they're reasonably priced too, I am a regular here for my Sunday lunch now

I rarely leave a review on Google, but the "customer service" at this place just beggars belief. I ordered a Chicken dinner, but received a Beef dinner. I also told them no Cabbage and Peas, but meal also included cabbage and a few peas (with the peas in the quantity of being scraped off but leaving a load behind). Mistakes can happen, so I left a 3-star review on the delivery website, as that was a fair assessment, but got a response "We serve you what you order, hope you enjoy it. Please don’t order from us again thank you" - not exactly what you want to hear when they didn't serve what you ordered, but to also be told to not order from them again. Happy to oblige.

Few breakfasts to choose from went for early bird, decent size and had free coffee or tea, not as an extra like a lot of places do these days, also take cards

Very polite and professional counter service and waitress service great choice on the menu in many ways a typical cafe atmosphere you can start conversations with anyone or keep to yourself ...older customers and young families there when I was there with my grandaughter highly recommended

Its was so much better 2-3 year's ago now it's way over priced and food is terrible really disappointing!!! £20pound for me and my boy.... small breakfast and a full Monty 😵💫

Very disappointing (full monty) breakfast, wife had the small breakfast. Beans were hard, hashbrowns looked wet and tasted bland, just all round poor. Willow cafe used to be so much better. I found £20 was expensive for both when it's obviously cheap items on the plate sausages, bacon, beans etc. No complaints about the staff that served us.

Sat in here 45 minutes after paying for food. Still waiting two customers walking ordered the same as I did have in in 5 mins why I am still waiting this place is a joke
